Stepping Stones to Learning, Inc. is the parent company to Stepping Stones Christian Preschool and Little Steps Christian Learning Center. Pertaining to all Financial Aid documents hereafter all ministries will be referred to as SS.
SS is committed to helping families who believe in the mission of SS by offering tuition assistance to families who otherwise could not afford full tuition. It is our desire to encourage families to apply to SS regardless of financial circumstances.
We wholeheartedly embrace the Apostle Paul’s call to “share with God’s people who are in need” (Romans 12:13) and strive to create a diverse community of varying financial circumstances. This is made possible through our fundraising efforts and from donations by SS benefactors who are committed to this mission.
Financial Aid is awarded to families based on financial need. Eligibility and aid amounts are determined by the SS School Board. Since every situation is unique, there is no maximum income level or debt ratio restriction for families to be awarded assistance. However, depending on the size of the applicant pool and the available funds, those families in the greatest financial need will receive priority. Financial Aid is not designed to support lifestyle choices that result in heavy financial stress or indebtedness. Preference will be given to families with children currently attending SS.
Note: June 1st is the application deadline in order to be considered for 10-months of Financial Aid.
